Savory Oatmeal

 2 1/2 c steel cut oats

1 1/2 c chopped mushrooms (approximate)

1/3 c nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp turmeric 

1 can or 2 c diced tomatoes

1 c chopped onions

1 c chopped green beans

2 c spinach or kale (fresh or 1 bag frozen)

1/2 tsp liquid smoke

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder 

1/2 tsp smoked paprika 

1/2 tsp chili powder 

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp Tabasco or chili drops

5 c water

Sauté all the raw veggies with seasonings about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until cooked. About 15 minutes.
