Yellow Cake
1/2 c applesauce 2 c cake or AP flour 1/2 c sugar 1/4 c brown sugar 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 c oil 1/2 c plant milk or other liquid Mix milk and vinegar and set aside. Stir together all dry ingredients. Stir in milk and wet ingredients. Pour into a prepared 9x13 pan and bake 25 minutes at 350. You may use 1.5x this recipe for 2 round pans instead. Also works for cupcakes.
